My name is Ombra del Bosco (Shadow of the Forest) and I am born where the shadow takes refuge among the leaves and silence still has a voice. I am an ethical wine dedicated to our wolf friends, unjustly persecuted and hunted by humans. If you are looking for a sip that smells of respect, you are in the right place: here we toast to freedom, not to domination.

🍷 My father is the legendary Aglianico, the undisputed king of Southern reds, a black grape variety that expresses its best in these volcanic lands and becomes one of the greatest Italian wines, not by chance it is called “the Barolo of the South”.

🌱 I am a certified vegan wine, produced by an ethical and sustainable Italian company that operates with full respect for nature and all its creatures, human and animal.

👁️ To the eye, I have an intriguing ruby red color that tends towards garnet with aging.

👃 To the nose, I seduce you with intense and complex hints of wild berries, blackberries, blueberries, sour cherries, and raspberries, floral notes of violet, spicy accents of cinnamon, licorice, and black pepper.

👄 On the palate, I am dry, warm, soft, full-bodied, enveloping and balanced, with gentle tannins and a beautiful persistence.

🍾 The labels applied to my bottle are made of recycled "cartavino" and do not use inks or glues of animal origin.

🎁 My packaging is made of cardboard, also recyclable and Plastic Free, sealed with PLA tape, an innovative bioplastic, biodegradable, compostable, non-toxic, and made with 100% vegetable resources.

🚚 My shipments have a zero impact as the carbon emissions generated by transport are offset with Carbon Direct.
