What is a Benefit Corporation?
The Benefit Company is a virtuous and innovative legal form of business, legally recognized in Italy since 2016, the first country in Europe (and second in the world after the United States) to introduce it into its legal system, demonstrating that the "Belpaese", when it wants, can be as fast as it is effective 🚀
Benefit Corporations represent the evolution of the concept of traditional company into a new paradigm which has the objective of combine individual profit objectives with the creation of shared value and common benefit .
By operating in a responsible, sustainable and transparent manner, Benefit Corporations aim to generate a positive impact on a social and environmental level, in simpler words, creating the conditions for a better future for all.

What is the goal of Projetika?
Our goal is to spread animalist 🐸 and environmentalist 🍀 culture by raising awareness as many people as possible about respecting animals and the environment, the noblest way to love and respect ourselves ❤️ as human beings.
We are proud to be part of the accredited virtuous companies VEGANOK Benefit Society , the most widespread Vegan standard in Europe, the first and only ethical guarantee mark for Vegan products, and to contribute to the diffusion of vegan culture .

The Company pursues the following objectives of common benefit:

Projetika's 100% Vegan challenge
Our new “sustainable challenge” is called InVinoVegan : the first online sales platform dedicated exclusively to Italian, Organic and Vegan Wine which was born on October 4, 2022, on the occasion of World Animal Day 🐷
A site with a heart 💚 dedicated to the consumers of the future, more demanding and responsible, who are not satisfied with simply a “good glass of wine” , but who want to “toast to life and health”, with a ethical and sustainable product that respects the environment and all the creatures that live in it .
There are 4 distinctive elements of InVinoVegan:
> Only Italian suppliers with organic-vegan certification have been selected;
> Suppliers committed to sustainability projects were given priority;
> 4% of purchases are transformed into donations to support charitable causes ;
> Packaging and shipping aim to minimize the ecological footprint of the logistics and distribution process.
