My name is Sorso di Speranza Rosso (sip of hope) the vegan wine dedicated to Rifugio Hope, an oasis of peace, love, and hope where rescued farm animals can finally live as part of a big family.

🍇 My father is Mr. Dolcetto, an indigenous grape that embodies Piedmontese tradition and capable of standing shoulder to shoulder with renowned “siblings” like Nebbiolo and Barbera.

🐮 I am an ethical wine, produced responsibly and sustainably, with respect for animals, people and the environment, raising a glass to values like freedom, respect, kindness and compassion, without any distinction of species.

🌱 I am a certified Vegan wine, made without using any animal-derived fining agents such as casein, albumin, isinglass, bone glue, gelatin, chitin, lysine and ox blood.

🌿 I am produced without using chemical treatments in the vineyard and without polluting my natural environment.

✂️ I use only a minimal amount of sulfites, added solely to preserve my quality over time.

🐞 I am produced by a family-run winery with minimal human intervention, because nature does the most important work.

👁️ I show a deep purple color tending to ruby.

👃 On the nose I offer pleasant aromas of red fruit, cherries, blackberries and blueberries.

👄 On the palate I am dry, delicate with gentle tannins.

🤩 My friends call me a “sip of hope,” and I’m truly proud of it.

🥘 I am a simple easy drinking wine to pair with plant based dishes without overpowering their flavor.

🍾 The label on my bottle is made from recycled "cartavino" paper (produced using grape skins and seeds left over from winemaking) and contains no inks or adhesives of animal origin.

😉 My cork is environmentally friendly, an innovative and sustainable closure system made from plant waste that aims to reduce carbon emissions and promote circularity.
