My name is Cuore Libero Rosé (free heart) and I was created in honor of Crosta, Crusca, Pumba, Dorothy, Mercoledì, Bartolomeo, Ursula, Carolina, and Spino, so that the memory of September 20, 2023, is never forgotten and to raise a glass to a better future, where humans and animals can finally live in peace and harmony.

"Cuore Libero" is the first branded product by InVinoVegan, a wine produced responsibly, with respect for the environment and all its creatures, both humans and animals. This project aims to demonstrate that a more ethical and sustainable approach to modern viticulture is possible—by eliminating synthetic chemicals in the vineyard and animal-derived fining agents in the cellar, reducing the use of copper and sulfur, limiting added sulfites, optimizing carbon emissions, choosing organic fertilization and manual harvesting, encouraging biodiversity, using renewable energy, packaging and materials with the lowest ecological impact, supporting charitable causes—just to mention a few concrete actions that make a real difference between words and deeds.
