A "silent" toast

My name is Fish & Love and I am the new InVinoVegan label dedicated to all marine creatures, a toast to life in all its different forms, with a sparkling wine produced with respect for people, animals, and the environment.

🐠 I was born to never forget the abominable sacrifice of billions of fishes and the destruction of marine ecosystems by "human beings".

🍾 I am a vegan sparkling wine ideal to pair with your most delicate plant-based recipes throughout the meal.

🥇 I am an Italian wine produced in Piedmont, on the Langhe hills, whose vineyards have been awarded the "World Heritage Site" by UNESCO.

🍇 My father is Mr. Chardonnay and my mother is Mrs. Favorite , whose personality has managed to win the sympathy of Piedmontese winemakers and become their " favorite" white grape.

🐞 I am produced with love, dedication, passion and a lot of work by a family-run winery , with minimal human intervention, just as "Mother Nature" would want.

👁️ T have a crystalline straw yellow color, with a beautiful, fine, numerous and persistent perlage.

👃 On the nose I express an intense bouquet made of fruity and floral hints, with delicate final notes of citrus and dried fruit.

👄 In the mouth I have a nice dry, crispy, savoury, balanced sip and a rich finish.

🌱 I am a Vegan Certified Wine made without using fining agents of animal origin such as casein, albumin, isinglass, bone glue, gelatin, chitin, lysine and ox blood.

🌿 I am produced without using chemical treatments in the vineyard and without polluting my natural environment.

✂️ I use a minimal amount of sulphites , which are added solely to protect my quality over time.

⚡ The labels on my bottle are made from post-consumer recycled plastic that would otherwise risk ending up in the oceans, and do not use animal-derived inks or glues.

🎁 My packaging It is made of cardboard, which is also recyclable and sealed with PLA tape, an innovative, biodegradable, compostable, non-toxic bioplastic made with 100% plant-based resources.

🚚 My shipments are at zero impact as the carbon emissions generated by transport are offset with Carbon Direct .
