SENSATIONS
To be drunk young
I have a beautiful vibrant ruby red color to the eye. On the nose, I have a vinous aroma with intense notes of berries, wild strawberries, cherries, and pomegranate, along with hints of fresh flowers, wild rose, and delicate herbaceous accents. In the mouth, I am dry, fresh, medium-bodied, quite persistent, and with gentle tannins. My friends call me "Valpo's little brother." A share of my purchase will be donated to animal sanctuaries.
PAIRING SUGGESTIONS
At every meal
I am a versatile and easy-drinking wine, perfect to accompany numerous plant-based recipes. I pair well with blueberry risotto, mushroom penne, baked lasagna, truffle pappardelle, pasta e fagioli, legume soup, polenta with vegetable ragu, seitan stew, grilled tofu, crispy diced tempeh, red radicchio savory tart, savory vegetable strudel, adzuki bean patties, baked caramelized onions, vegetable cold cuts, and almond and cashew-based vegan cheeses.
WINE MAKER
Four Generations of Wine
Healthy agriculture yields good fruits, and only by working in harmony with Mother Nature is it possible to ensure respect for the environment and the balance of ecosystems, which are increasingly jeopardized by intensive farming and profit-driven motives. The Fasoli winery has practiced sustainable farming since the 1980s, refusing to use synthetic chemical products and demonstrating a profound love for the land and all its creatures. The result of this commitment is unique, good, healthy, clean, ethical, and sustainable wines.
