Let's eat everything without eating (or drinking) anyone . This is the message we'll never be tired of spreading.

A Dream Team of Vegan Chefs (we like to call them "The Fantastic Four"), made up of A Tavola con Etika, Artigiano Vegano, Stuzzicanti Melodie, and Profumo di Buono, will delight us with a 100% plant-based menu created especially for the event. Among the dishes we can't wait to try are Roman-style supplì, Nan formaggi, lasagna with pea ragù, and citrus-flavored scallops.

And to better appreciate these fantastic, cruelty-free preparations, we will pair Orsi Liberi, the new ethical wines dedicated to our bear friends (unfairly "bullied" by humans), which for the occasion will be described and served to guests by the InVinoVegan Team.

After lunch, at 4pm, if you haven't seen it yet, there will be a screening of the film Free Hearts 💚
