What has changed in our donation system: simpler, more effective, and more supportive 💚
In recent years, we have humbly listened to our customers' feedback and carefully monitored our donation system.As you know, at the time of order, each customer could choose which association to donate 4% of their purchase to. This was an important and certainly inclusive gesture, but not without difficulties. Technical problems sometimes prevented the donation from being registered, or not all customers waited for the popup to open to choose the beneficiary, so some donations risked being lost.
We also found that not all charitable emails sent to Horeca customers were opened, and not all charitable tickets distributed during events were correctly scanned to activate donations. This limited the effectiveness of our system and prevented every possible donation from truly reaching its destination, to those who truly need it!
Our goal is to ensure the greatest possible impact, simply and transparently 🌞
For this reason, we have decided to optimize and simplify the donation process. Starting from January 1, 2026, each month we will select a different free animal sanctuary as the beneficiary, calculate 4% of InVinoVegan's monthly revenue, and convert this amount into a charitable donation, which will be payed by the 15th of the following month, through Goodify.

All the donation process will naturally remain traceable and transparent, as before, but we will be able to donate more, simply and effectively, involving a different sanctuary each month.
